Return Policy


Our Return Policy Is Simple:

We take great care in ensuring that your order is exactly as described, and we have a sophisticated order-accuracy process in place. We also carefully package your merchandise so that it arrives to you in perfect conditions. In the very rare event of a shipping error or damage in transit, please email us within 3 days from receiving your order at customerservice@superioraccessory.com and we will promptly resolve any issues. If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 45 days from receiving it for an RMA code, which is required for all returns (packages without a valid RMA code are automatically refused). Shipping either way for this type of returns will not be refunded. Our email address for such requests is customerservice@superioraccessory.com.
